These Terms govern your use of RozinMatch's health-data-based recommendation service ("Service") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users.

1. Definitions

  • User: Any person using the Service under these Terms, whether a member or guest
  • Member: A user who signs in via Google OAuth or other provided methods
  • Guest: A user who uses the Service without signing in
  • Input Data: Health check-up values and related information entered by the user
  • Recommendation Results: Nutrient/product information and advisories generated from Input Data

2. Changes to Terms

  • The company may update these Terms within applicable law.
  • Changes take effect upon posting within the Service.
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service if you disagree.

3. Scope of Service

  • The Service provides general informational recommendations based on your Input Data.
  • It does not replace medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.
  • The company may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

  • This Service is not a medical service. Recommendations are for reference only.
  • If you take medication or have pre-existing conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or special health circumstances, consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any recommendation.
  • You bear sole responsibility for any actions taken based on the Service (e.g., taking supplements, purchases).

5. Accounts

  • Members access accounts via the provided login methods (OAuth, etc.).
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. The company is not liable for losses due to your negligence.
  • The company may restrict accounts for security reasons.

6. Accuracy of Input Data

  • You should ensure your Input Data is accurate.
  • The company is not liable for results arising from incorrect, mis-entered, or incomplete data.

7. Personal & Sensitive Data

  • The Service may handle sensitive health information, processed per our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal data handling standards are set out in the Privacy Policy.
  • Review the Privacy Policy before use. Declining may limit your access.

8. Data Retention, Deletion & Account Closure

  • The company may store Input Data to provide and improve the Service. Retention scope and period follow the Privacy Policy and in-service guidance.
  • You may request data deletion through the Service.
  • Account closure and data deletion are separate processes. See the Privacy Policy and data management screen for details.

9. Suspension & Termination

The company may restrict or terminate access if you:

  • Disrupt or abuse the Service (e.g., excessive requests, automation tools)
  • Trigger a security concern
  • Violate applicable law or these Terms

10. Affiliate Links & External Sites (Important)

  • Recommendations may include links to external sites (e.g., iHerb).
  • The company may receive affiliate commissions when you purchase through such links.
  • Purchases, payments, shipping, refunds, and support on external sites are governed by those sites' policies. The company is not liable for such transactions.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All rights to the Service—UI, copy, data structures, etc.—belong to the company or respective rights holders.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The company is not liable for force majeure events (natural disasters, network outages, maintenance, etc.).
  • The company makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of recommendations.
  • Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, the company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Disputes shall first be resolved by mutual agreement. If not possible, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the company's registered address.
