Is this a medical service?

No. RozinMatch does not provide medical diagnosis or prescriptions. The service is for informational purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional for health decisions.

What data do you collect?

Only the input values needed for analysis (measurement items and their values). We do not collect unnecessary personal information such as name, address, or national ID.

Can I use the service without an account?

Yes. You can view analysis results without creating an account. Login is only required if you want to save or sync your results.

How are recommendations generated?

Input values that fall outside reference ranges are prioritized, and ingredients are matched based on scientific evidence (published literature and clinical guidelines). Each recommendation includes a reason.

Do you sell or share my data with third parties?

No. Personal health information is never sold or shared with third parties.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Your personal identifiers will be erased within 5 days per privacy law. Sensitive health data is deleted immediately. Only legally required items (access logs for 3 years, etc.) are retained separately and purged upon expiration.

What is the basis for the reference ranges?

Our reference ranges are based on guidelines from KQCAS (Korean Quality Assurance Standards), Korean Academy of Family Medicine, and US CDC/NIH standards. You can see the specific ranges for each biomarker as color-coded zones on the health data input sliders.
